We all have good and bad days where we go through life working out a balance.
If you have experienced certain difficulties in your life, such as coming from a culturally diverse background or exposed to adverse childhood experiences, you may become stuck and the scale tips towards bad days more often than others.
At More Good Days Therapy, we believe you don't have to work things out on your own. We pride ourselves on building a safe space for clients with culturally affirming and trauma informed practices.
Sessions are delivered over video or phone with after hours appointments available. We are also a health insurance provider with Medibank, AHM, Bupa and HCF for counselling services.

My name is Lisa Tu, a Registered Clinical Counsellor and the Founder of More Good Days Therapy
I am passionate about helping people move towards the life they want by having more good days.
I take an integrative approach drawing from a range of therapies to tailor sessions to your needs such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy.
I have a particular interest in gambling harm which includes supporting partners to navigate rebuilding trust or separation. I am also passionate about working with first generation Australians who come from an Asian background.
Other areas I cover include trauma stemming from childhood, depression and social anxiety. However, everyone is welcome at More Good Days Therapy.
